1)半肥瘦去皮
剁成肉丁。
2)手打到起胶后加生粉和盐在mix well
3)加糖mix well (不可早加因为会出水)
4)加蛋mix well 5) 加咸鱼碎或马蹄碎 mix well 6) 搅平放在碟中后拿去steam
